Ya para este punto hay 4 personas chateando con alguien diferente en lugares diferentes sobre un tema que no tiene que ver con tu trabajo si bien te va… se leería más bizarro que un par de ellos tengan una conversación sobre el aburrimiento del estar en esa junta al parecer no se dan cuenta que están a 50 centímetros uno del otro y como cereza del pastel alguien jugando con una aplicación o de plano ya viendo un video en youtube. Lo peor es que no exagero, pero eso si se está convirtiendo en algo cada vez más común.

En lo particular si estas personas se dedicaran a tener una atención plena a lo que se expone, amplificaría el resultado de la misma, las propuestas y puntos de vistas serían tan enriquecedoras que la problemática se abatiría de inmediato, la retroalimentación de cada persona seria total.

Esto lo veo así. Por como lo veo lector, muchos de estas acciones, falta de interés y profesionalismo. Puede incrementar tu desprestigio como tal. En el camino de la Ingeniería en general las decisiones pueden englobar perdidas por una mala administración o decisión. La falta de atención de estos momentos cruciales puede arrastrar un problema que como pase el tiempo puede generar más. Asiendo el mismo trabajo tedioso y aburrido.

 El desempeñar tu trabajo con calidad te hace un buen profesional y te fomenta un estilo de trabajo óptimo para ti y las colegas con los que trabajas. Personalmente desarrollas un afine a tus atributos

 · Disminuirás el tiempo de entrega en tus informes o documentación

· Creación de tu propia metodología de trabajo o criterios de diseño

· Incrementará tu confianza al proponer una solución a un problema basado en experiencia

· Agregaras más información bibliográfica para sustentar tus propuestas

· Entre otros… Te recomiendo estos modales espero que te ayuden.

· CELULAR MULTIMEDIA: El uso del celular en reuniones procura reducirlo a lo máximo, te recomiendo colocarlo en vibración y si no tienes algo importante que puedas recibir por correo o algún mensaje de una aplicación de mensajería, te sugiero apagar los datos.

· CELULAR TELEFONO: Uso de buzón de voz, configura un mensaje de voz que, explica de una manera concreta y cordial que no puedes contestar en este momento y agrega un “me comunicara a contigo más tarde”.

· LLAMADAS: Si es necesario contestar una llamada ten la precaución de salir del lugar o alejarte lo suficiente para no interrumpir la plática o exposición. Recuerda no todas las llamas son emergencia.

· TABLETS O NO TABLETS. El uso de ellas es más común en estas reuniones/juntas si no tienes planeado el uso de ella para presentar algo (Imágenes, audio, video, control de la diapositiva) no la uses… solo será un distractor para ti y las personas que se encuentran a tus lados.Si es necesario usarla reduce el volumen y el brillo.
